CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
Langauage is very important for human life. They need it for their comunication with the other. Human language is a remarkable way to communicate. No other form of communication in the natural world transfers so much information in such a short period of time. It is even more remarkable that in three short years a child can hear, mimic, explore, practice, and finally, learn language.
Therefore, language there are any phase for human they are learning language from since birth to adulthood, humans are still learning the language. either their mother tongue or a second language. So language can’t learn at short time.
Children will come up with the most extraordinary things when they start using language. Cute things, hilarious things and, sometimes, baffling things that may start us wondering whether we should worry about their language development.
In this proposal the writer want to explain how children learn language. And in this reseach writer observed his small sister for five weeks. He observed about her language in her environment. How she talk wiht her friends, brother, sister and her parent.
In this study the authors will develop the observation that he had done to his sister. he will develop how a kid having an oriented language development with its surroundings. then he makes this study with the title "The Effects of The Environment on Children's language Developments"

CHAPTER II
DISCUSSION
Theorists such as John Watson, B.F. Skinner, and Albert Bandura contributed greatly to the environmentalist perspective of development. Environmentalists believe the child's environment shapes learning and behavior; in fact, human behavior, development, and learning are thought of as reactions to the environment. This perspective leads many families, schools, and educators to assume that young children develop and acquire new knowledge by reacting to their surroundings.
Child language can they get because their IQ development. then there are some differences in the language of a child who has a high IQ with a low IQ. A child who has a high IQ will be very easy and fast to receive the language and use it. different from the child who has a low IQ it is difficult to obtain and develop the language that he got. the possibility of time in use to teach language to children who have a high IQ is very fast and not long compared to children who have a low IQ.
In addition to these factors there are several factors that influence child language development.
these are factors that affect the child, among other things:
1.      Family factors
Children gain a place that allowed him to understand the language sounds right, can listen well. Families provide an environment that motivates children appropriate language, his eye will be more advanced. Environmental Factors Psychologists assert that the environment has an influence. Important to the development of children's language. The children varied in tune demeanor, as well as the environment that is around children, and on the foundation of their culture that's built environment. Each child has unique characteristics and experiences that are not owned by another child, because it creates individual differences among children.
Children can transfer the language of the group, and vice versa. Sometimes children master dozens of words and understand their meaning well, but he was not able to use a number of words that confuse it, he only uses a few pieces only when interacting and communicating with people who are nearby.

2.       Factor of social status differences
Children who are socially culturally derived from the upper classes and the faster medium of language development in children who come from the lower classes.
In this case I did researched in conversation with his brother nabila lina. and in this study I see there are some words that he spoke with correct and incorrect pronunciation as "rebu" she should have said "ribu". pronunciations she was saying because of the environment in which she lived, from the family he comes from Betawi tribe. lina for a child her age is still very easy to follow every person who is in their environment. from her parents who both of they using language betawi then it do not lid possibility of lina also using language betawi.

Lina in its development Nabilah Indonesian can use both the right and although there are some who are not able to pronounce it. because of the possibility of his surroundings or of the young do not use language fluently.

According to Chomsky, a child equipped with a "language acquisition device" (LAD). Then the presence of the language acquisition device lina easily imitate the language She heard from people around her and say with the same pronunciation
Then the research I've done the environment is very influential on language attitudes and language development of children. therefore can not deny a child who has a style that is both due to the family and around the house are the people who have a good style. otherwise the child who has bad language in because the parents and residents about bad language in style.

CHAPTER III
CONCLUSION
Language development in early childhood is very important because of the language as the basis of the ability of a child will be able to increase other abilities. Educators need to apply its ideas to develop the child's language skills, give examples of using language correctly, stimulating children's language development by actively communicating. Children continue to need to be trained to think and solve problems through its own language. Reinforced concrete activities will continue to improve communication with the child's language skills. More than that, the child should be placed in a position that primarily, as a center of learning that needs to be developed potential. Children need to learn to use a variety of strategies such as the game-a game that aims to develop children's language and the use of diverse media that support language learning. Children will gain significant experience in improving language skills where learning is fun would be part of the child's life.
